Hilton London Croydon Hotel

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and a lovely bar area. I still remember how the staff kindly recommended a local taxi on my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Particularly good and handy location, overall I loved the hotel.

that was exceptionally comfortable hotel set in great area, short walk to the bar/restaurant, biggin hill airport, and communal areas. the selection of decent fruit and bacon was a bonus. i was given neat room with showers and a tree- obstructed view, for instance.

Reasonably large rooms with the bedroom, working safe plus complimentary water, absolutely excellent breakfast.

The breakfast had appetising choices and there were fruit and bacon.

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building adjacent to good nature of the staff, Croydon and airport. Spotless room available with lovely linen, mini fridge and such a comfy bed. Yummy food for breakfast.

Our rooms were not ready had to spend a great deal of my valuable time sorting out bill which was incorrectely totalled. The bar closed very early

Great anniversary stay!

The room was fab and spacious. The team added nice decor at no extra cost. Breakfast was a treat, loads of options, and the bar area was chill. Only thing, parking cost me a bit extra. Still, everyone was super helpful, a great experience overall.

I didn't freeze and the bed was comfortable!

Very old furniture

I booked the hotel as my cousin was getting married. For the double room I stayed in it was 145pound while some of the other guests had paid 56 pound breakfast was not included in our price but was in theres when booking the hotel it only came to my attention that breakfast was not included after it was booked and not before there for I could not join the other guests in the morning I was quiet disapointed with this. On using the stair case to get to the room I found it was not clean and had a dusty smell to it the windows on the stair case were also dirty. As the hilton has such a good a high reputation on this occasion I was not happy with the standard.

It was our anniversary, and we had a pleasant experience here. The service from the staff was outstanding, with Yamuna offering us free parking and Pablo assisting with the breakfast schedule. The room was cozy, and overall, we felt well taken care of during our stay.

Not either quite convenient for the public traffic users, nor for private dirvers to travel london The elevator is really slow, no button to shut it down, neither you can choose to walk upstairs

This hotel was kept very clean, the room was made up every day with clean towels and fresh water. It was in a very convenient spot, the room was a good size as was the bed. All in all a very good hotel.

Rooms are cold and badly darkened. Duvet covers true dirty and not changed. irregularly filled water bottles

The breakfast choice was very good.

Although the beds in the bedroom were very comfortable, and generally the hotel was quiet, the room smelt like it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth!
